On 5 March 2024 the company announced the completion of NOVARE Archives (the Shimizu history museum); together with the former Shibusawa residence, whose relocation work had been finished, all five buildings were in place. Visitors were received in stages from April that year. Since 10 April 2025 the former Shibusawa residence and NOVARE Archives have been open to the public, and the museum is free. The whole site covers about 32,200 m² (Wikipedia).
